Energy policy

Energy not only affects the residential sector, but also companies as well as the public sector. sector. To achieve the goals of carbon neutrality by 2050, we offer the necessary studies and advice tailored to our customers. For example, we have been part of the framework agreement for the Flemish Energy Company for several years for the preparation of energy scans and energy audits. Therefore, we were able to audit the Pellenberg Campus for UZ Leuven.

We also have the necessary energy experts who can work in the context of the legislation for (non) energy-intensive companies who look for a partner to develop and draw up an energy balance, energy audit or energy plan and help support them towards implementation. For AZ Jan Palfijn in Ghent, after completing an earlier energy scan, we were allowed to draw up an energy plan to further develop their energy policy according to new legislation.

In both cases energy-saving measures were presented, were we looked at savings in as many areas as possible. All this within the aspects ranging from building envelope to techniques. Based on the report and the wishes and needs of the customer, a personal trajectory was proposed for the implementation of these measures.
