BIM modeller (Revit)
Job description:
You have at least an engineering degree (construction/electromechanics/energy/architecture) or equivalent through relevant experience
The range of duties includes:
Starting up and developing new projects, mainly in Revit
Elaborate concepts in preliminary designs and start notes
Build up a 3D model (or part of it)
Delivery of qualitative and executable 2D plans
Extracting qualitative 3D visualisations, tables and/or other documents from the 3D model (e.g. weights, measurement statements,…)
Dimensioning and drawing of 3D elements: pipes, air ducts, cable ducts, ...
Making light calculations
Think constructively about improvements
Work closely with your team of other BIM modellers, EPB reporters, project engineers and the project manager
Sporadically attending project meetings with the client and/or other parties, where the work is clearly explained.

Profile:
You are an enthusiastic person with a passion for technology
You attach importance to collaboration, creativity and continuous learning
You have a hands-on attitude
You have a feeling for designing in 3D
You have at least a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or construction field or equivalent through experience
You have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office
