Sustainability consultant
The range of duties includes:
You advise & guide the clients on sustainability
You help the assesor to keep track of needed evidence and studies
You learn to assess the sustainability of existing and new real estate
You ensure that all information is complete and accurate
Profile:
You have a bachelor's or master's degree
You have excellent English skills, oral and written
You have good Dutch skills, oral and written or are willing to learn Dutch
You are analytically strong, think critically and know how to structure a multitude of information.
Experience with BREEAM, DGNB, WELL or another sustainability scheme are an asset but not a must. You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
